I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the eXtro media Service Level Agreements (SLA) (https://www.extro.media/en/joomla-extensions-sla.html).

Furthermore, I confirm that if I have purchased one (or more) product(s) with the Service Level "Updates only - NO Support", I am not entitled to receive commercial support by eXtro media for the respective product(s) purchased.

Should I still need support, I can buy a support ticket in the eXtro media online shop separately.
