You Joomla backend says: A update is available for a eXtro.media eXtension. - This is how to get it.
Since our eXtensions are commercial, you need to download the files from our server. Commercial files are not freely available via the Joomla updater.
Log in to eXtro.media, go to your orders and download the file. Alternatively, you can use the download link in your confirmation email.
If you see a message saying that you cannot download the eXtension, then your download period has expired.
Please renew your subscription by purchasing it again to be able to download the eXtension.
