A: Timed Notice is a Plugin for displaying weekly recurring events, such as opening times.
One-time Events cannot be scheduled with the Timed notice Plugin, since it was developed to display weekly recurring messages such as opening times of a restaurant, bar, etc.
For one-time events, the configuration options within a plugin are too limited - this would require a completely new component.
