Hello snelfius,
this is how to download a product you purchased:

- click on the download link in your confirmation email

or

- log in to our site and click on 'Your account' in the menu to the right. Now you'll see you account details. Click on 'Orders' and you'll see a list of your orders. Now click on the respective order, within it, you'll find the download link.
