sorry, i do not know this eXtension.

Due to the vast number of available eXtensions for Joomla (currently more than 7500), we cannot check all for possible issues.

However, if Sitelinkx doesn't replace keywords in your eXtension, there might be a chance that there is a setting that controls content plugins, like e.g. in Virtuemart or K2.
These eXtensions have a setting that lets you enable or disable content plugins in frontend, so if this setting is set to disable, plugins will not run.

But as i already mentioned, i do not know this eXtension, so this is only a guess,
