I integrated my lightbox responsive Modul with SLOMO (System LOad MOdule) plugin in my article, because I need some more Lightboxes i one article. But the images opens without lightbox effect

If I do this directly with the Modul without Slomo it works.

we've tested this behaviour on a local installation, and there indeed seems to be a incompatibility.
Thank you for reporting this issue, we will have a look at it and correct it asap.

As a workaround you should use the default Joomla loadmodule plugin instead.
