Hello,

I cant sort my Portfolio-Elements in the right order.
In the grid view, the sequence is always from the oldest to the newest item.

In the Portfolio Elements Manager i cant set the ordering and change by drag'n'drop on the single elements.

Hello Manuel,

that is one of 2 disadvantage if you use the Portfolio Component on a Joomla 2.5.x installation.

The first one is the strange look in the Back-end because of Bootstrap not included in Joomla 2.5. The second one is that you can't sort the Portfolio Items in the Back-end.

That is why we do not recommend the usage of the Portfolio on Joomla 2.5 . (Product description, Demo backend, JED Flagged for Joomla 3.x)
Btw. Joomla 2.5 End of life (31.12.2014).

It is possible to sort the RPC in the database but this is not very comfortable and user friendly. If you would like to know how this work please open a ticket.
