When uploading a file through the form, only the name of it will show in the email. not the actual file

while developing and testing the eXtroForms component, we found out that it is not a good idea to send an uploaded file by email, since some email accounts can be limited in size. You can access the uploaded file in the Backend, go to the Results Manager and click on the respective item, there you can download the file a user has uploaded.

This is not a good idea at all, not all users have access to the backend. Right now I'm using it for apply for jobs and each form should send the email to that department. they dont have access to the backend at all.

Please tell me how to enable the attachment in the email if possbile.

we've just uploaded an update for eXtroForms, files which are uploaded by frontend-users are now attached to the admin emails. You can download the new version in our download section.
